I: Instruction

Our mono-component adhesive is used for the construction of gymnasium, sport court, The product is featured with a sound adhesiveness to the concrete and asphalt as well as with even color, high elasticity and crushing capability, safety& environmental friendly, and with beautiful outer appearance. The buffer , sound absorption , elongation at break , tensile strength and splitting tension strength are important indexes used for the EPDM rubber racetrack, while it is the key factors of maintaining these indexes to make the filing materials , evenness of the polyether and dioctyl ester, etc. evenly dispersed in the composition A and make proper ratio of the solidifying agent. .

Usage: The product is applicable to the pavement of the ventilation plastic racetrack and the production of the safety ground mats ,the pavement of stadium and playground. And its weak adhesiveness before the cross-linking hardening will not stick to the tools and instruments and thus will facilitate the construction, reduce the usage of organic solvent and save costs. The superiority of this product lies in its resistance from hardening, high elasticity and rebound rate , making more comfortable to footing on it as well as maintaining sound motility.

II: Usage Instructions

   (1)Dusts and moisture should be removed from cement floor and keep the surface clean and dry.

   (2)Pour the EPDM granules and PU binder into the agitator with a definite ratio

   (3)Pour the EPDM granules and PU binder into construction site after mixing, then use manual trowel or professional paver to strickle the surface.

   (4)Use the ethylacetate solvent to wash the tools.

III: Curing time

   Under the condition of 20-30% air humidity, The curing time of this PU binder is 8-36 hours, it would be effect by the weather element. You can add catalyst to accelerate the curing time according to your requirements. Usage of catalyst: 1‰-3‰(1000kg with 1 to 3 kg of catalyst). The proportion of catalyst higher, the curing time will be shorter.

IV: Notes

The PU binder bucket which has some binder left should be kept with sealing tight to prevent the moisture.

V: Storage

  (1)Storage: The product should be sealed and stored in ventilation, cool and dry warehouse. Transportation prevent from sun, rain. Closed tight.

  (2)Guarantee period: 180days in the normal temperature (5-30°C), 90 days if the temperature is higher than 30°C.

  (3)Package: 20kg/iron drum, 200kg/iron drum.
